These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jewelry & Beyond website and any order placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell DIY bead kits, charm beads, craft supplies, and handmade beaded jewelry. Product photos are of real stock and finished samples; actual bead colors and shades may vary slightly due to screen display and natural material variation (especially for pearl, glass, and Pakistani beads).
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable costs unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (via courier) are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or where stock is unexpectedly unavailable — and will notify you via phone or WhatsApp if this happens.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, and manual payment via bKash (Personal/Merchant). For bKash payments, you must share the sender number and transaction ID with us for verification before your order is confirmed and shipped.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via our courier partner. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 days within Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or address issues beyond our control.
Website Content Ownership
All text, photos, logos, and designs on this website belong to Jewelry & Beyond unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our product photos or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier service, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or misuse of products after delivery.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business grows. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
